Do you charge for apartment help?
No. We are a free apartment search service. There are NO HIDDEN COSTS. We repeat: We are a free apartment search service. We are paid by the apartments out of their advertising budget. The apartments rely on an apartment resource, such as Renters Resource, to send them qualified tenants. We have an excellent relationship with the Houston apartment communities, allowing us to provide you with top-notch rental help.
Will I still be eligible for Move-In Specials if I use Renters Resource as my referral?
Yes. Getting rental help from Renters Resource will not affect Move-In Specials. Should any property try to underhandedly withhold a move special for using a locator, let us know and we will make sure that you get your move special PLUS your $100 cash gift from Renters Resource. Either the property or Renters Resource will compensate you for the special.
Will my Rental Rate be affected if I use Renters Resource?
No. The properties pay us a referral fee out of their advertising budget and this in NO way affects your rental rate.
Will I be eligible for the Free Gift when moving from one unit to another within the same complex?
No. Renters Resource will not receive a commission for your move, therefore you will not be eligible for the free gift.
